Marvin Warawa - Founder – Flo-Crest Equipment
In 1975 Flo-Crest Valves and Controls became a Division of Hydroflo Equipment. Marvin is responsible for inside/outside sales for both mechanical and instrumentation divisions.
Jason Warawa - Mechanical Sales / Project Management
Jason is responsible for the Mechanical Division of Flo-Crest Equipment. Jason, along with his business partner Dave Rowland, took ownership of Flo-Crest in 2008.
Richard Wade - Inside Sales
Richard has been a reliable member of the Flo-Crest team for 15 years. He has a loyal customer base that continues to rely on his expertise and Flo-Crest Equipment to assist their needs. Richard is responsible for inside sales and is our resident steam application/solution expert.
Alison Fritz - Business Administrator and Accountant
Alison is a newest addition to the Flo-Crest team, and has, in a few short months, became one of our most valued employees. Alison’s energy and work ethic helps keep us organized and she handles all the day to day business of the company.
Dave Rowland - Instrumentation / Electrical Sales
Dave has been with Flo-Crest Equipment since 2002. He has expanded the Instrumentation Division of Flo-Crest and added an electrical division as well. He is responsible for inside/outside sales as well as commissioning and service. Dave, along with his business partner, Jason Warawa took ownership of Flo-Crest in 2008.
